Great guest post this week! And it's nice to see horror films as well as horror franchises do well at the box office and hopefully give more momentum for this genre.

Very glad to hear you enjoyed it! Be sure to subscribe to Toasted Fiction - Chris writes some terrific stories.

Got to agree on horror too, I’ve not seen AQP yet, but I want to - more so after reading Chris’ review. There are some good looking horrors coming soon too (I’m very excited for Longlegs!) β€” I think the genre is having something of a revival.

Yeah, appreciate you putting in some trailers of interesting things. Good way to expose more people to coming things in a curated way. I've seen the FW Murnau original and the one with Klaus Kinski as Count Dracula. They were both great in their own ways.

Always trying to put in the best-looking and latest trailers in each issue (though some weeks it's harder than others!) I'll have to check out both before the new one then!

Yes! Longlegs looks amazing. I haven't been interested in a movie enough to go to the theater in awhile, but this one for sure. Also nice to have some good horror options outside of the Halloween season.

Couldn’t agree more! The ones that release around Halloween are rarely very original.

We gad a few horror trailers in SP#100 last week, including Nosferatu, which also looks pretty good. Though I must admit I need to see the original.
