After a whole year (we can’t believe it’s been that long!) The SP Film Club is back!
The idea is simple. If you’re looking for something new to watch but you’re bored of scrolling through Netflix, then we might be able to help.
Use the comments below to submit some of your favourite films, actors, directors and genres and I (or the community) will try to give you personalised recommendations based on your tastes. Who knows, you might discover your next favourite film!

With so much craziness in the world right now, I'm always on the lookout for light, fun and enjoyable films that put a smile on your face instead of making you even more depressed... LOL
That being said, a recent one I recommend is Cha Cha Real Smooth, on Apple TV+
My favourite film of last year was Another Round - darkly funny, small in scope but said something fundamental about humanity/society/masculinity...what might be a good follow-up?
